Support Services
Each patient and every family member are unique individuals with unique issues and questions. The end-of-life process is as diverse as the person experiencing it. We are here to answer your questions.
Our hospice support team helps patients and families with personal care needs along with social, emotional issues, and grief. We have comfort counselors available to meet with you at your request before and after the peaceful transition of your loved one.
But the hospice benefit is not limited just to the time period of physically taking care of your loved one. The benefit extends for up to 13 months following the passing of your family member.
Through our professional team of bereavement counselors, social workers, and volunteers we offer support to you and/or your family members as requested. Any caregiver, roommate, close friend or family member of a hospice patient is eligible for support and bereavement services.
